A majority of my time at Novo was spent focusing on my role as director and my leadership duties. I managed both the product and brand team which consisted of 10 team members spread between India, Colombia, and the U.S. I did however, get the opportunity to flex my design muscle on a few fun projects including the website revamp and designing the new debit card experience.
